#4 | Time machine
The intention of Time machine is to create a safe space for our team to give unfiltered opinions.
After collating notes, we have learned so more about our team, about their dreams, hopes, criticism, and suggestions.
We’re always delighted to see notes such as “i’m happy”, “I feel stronger and more confident” or “E3 is like a family”. Many people yearn for opportunities to grow personally, professionally and financially. Our team eager to improve and learn more.
Some desire to travel the world; others want stable life and income.
One mother wishes for flexible working-hours because she’d like to pick up her kids from school.
Criticism such as “We need more clear processes and fewer changes”, “My department deserves more recognition” are well heard.
“stressed and tired” are mentioned many times, and that breaks our hearts.
We wish this will be the start of a social dialogue between management and employee. And the next step for our management team is becoming more precise about our strategy and processes, finding better ways to communicate our goals and vision.
For workload issues, we will adjust the DAWN seasonal calendar according to capacities at Evolution. Balancing orders monthly, instead of having crazy peak-or-low seasons.
