‘From FAIR WEAR TO LOVE AFFAIR’ is our Social Art Project to go beyond the conventional approach of wages and working condition. We want to know if our people are happy here.
The playful experiments, at Evolution, are designed to learn more about our team and to understand what really matters to them.
The project kick off a social dialogue between management and staff, we will continuously collect the data to see where we are and where we should go next, in order to create a better work environment.
Experiment # 1
A candy machine to vote on issues. From the overall mood in the company to plan our next company team-building trip.
Experiment # 2
An installation to rewire the values of our company instead of delegating them from the top.
Experiment # 3
How good is our team connected? Who is eating lunch alone? An interactive graphic for our Human Resource team to ensure everyone feels included.
Experiment # 4
Our Time Machine to establish a platform to dream, hope, feedback and criticize us and to kick off a social dialogue between employee and management.
